Please note the quantity of each item in the "Guest" column. Unless the numbers requested are listed the items counted by the laundry will be accepted.

Clothes delivered to the reception before 9 a.m. Will be returned the same day till 8 p.m. The laundry is not responsible for shrinkage, missing buttons or fading of colour.

We can only accept complaints within 2 days after returning the cleaned clothes. In case of damage, the laundry is liable to take responsibility for not more than 3 times of the cleaning cost.

On Sundays and holidays laundry services is not available.
